As this is the first
official post, it is preferable to start it with a recurring theme in our days
and even being something apparently simple ... our unwillingness prevents us
from carrying it out ... prevents us if we want to run it ... I will talk about
starting a personal project.
Start a project of any
nature, whether personal or it is of obligation, is something which requires prior planning, and however much we
have some idea about this but rather we started to shape it, we will not do
anything but rather we begin to define it is very difficult to be carried out.
An additional element to start materializing that idea is
the will to start it. You will know
very well that sometimes the willingness to start is not something that easily
flourish, it is a sentiment that has to be built, it may be the product of the
intrinsic motivation as well as the most constant mentallization, in other words
... we can have him per se or we can
create it. On one hand, because of the fact that we harbour within ourselves
that feeling, we can significantly facilitate task ... but sometimes but we do
not have that, therefore will have to exercise it hard through mentallization,
which I will talk you about the following week... which will be about how to create willingness.
Although it appears that
once obtained the willingness seems to be sufficient ... the truth is that
still would lack to take the plunge,
a step which will make us start our personal project, that which so often we
have proposed and possibly we have not compliment ... that we have promised and
even jury to perform but still was somewhat forgotten ... and this step it is
most probably a matter of telling yourself "Start now, you have to do it, there
is no option."
This theoretical path that
I propose is nothing more than a simple of a topic which many writers have
published, nonetheless I would like to give my particular contribution and to
show you a basic scheme of the process.
